‘Aboriginal Supremacy Rebounds On The Media’

So, back in the swing of things with a racist rant from aboriginal women engaged in an illegal protest on Parliament Hill. The only redeeming aspect of this is that the unprovoked verbal assault was directed at an aboriginal-sympathetic ‘CBC’ reporter. Irony abounds. The CBC reporter wanted them to say that Trudeau was an improvement on Harper. Instead, she – and the male reporter who tried to civilly ask a similar question, were arrogantly lectured about how they were “guests here” — the ridiculous racist claim that the descendants of Siberian settlers own all of Canada. Of course, the CBC didn’t set them straight on this foolishness, much less call them out on their blatant racism. And the Prime Minister? Well, he avoided the issue, like always {See below}.

‘End the Charade’

‘Cha·rade’ (Shəˈrād): “An absurd pretense intended to create a pleasant or respectable appearance.” and “Something that is done in order to pretend something is true, when it really isn’t.”

“The drums continue to beat hard all over North America for “Native Rights”, a code-phrase for ambitions to claim vast tracts of land — up to 85% of some provinces — ‘natives’ say was wrongly appropriated. Unless it is stopped, millions of us will soon have new ‘landlords’… Many of these claims are being settled administratively, or in quiet courtrooms out of the public eye. No public consultation. No means of protest.  Continue reading ‘End the Charade’

‘Fish Farms Update’

James Quatell, Wei Wai Kum elder, went so far as to compare fish farms to residential schools. He said it is just a different form of ‘genocide’…

Ernest Alfred, another ‘delegate’ speaking against fish farms, said…

We are the leadership here, we are the protection here and we are going to have to say something, we are going to have to take control”…

Around 50 people gathered at the ‘Discovery Marina’ {Campbell River, B.C.} on Aug. 29 to protest fish farming on traditional {former} ‘First Nation’s territory. The group of around 50 walked down the road from the spit to the Big House…

From the Big House the group crossed the Island Highway to serve ‘Marine Harvest’ with an {illegal, unauthorized and unenforcable} eviction notice.  Continue reading ‘Fish Farms Update’

‘Pushing The Limits’

More aboriginal infighting has resulted in arrests, as a group of self-styled ‘warriors’ tried to interfere with a legally-operating fish farm – a venture supported by their own tribe’s elected leadership. Last week, a different tribe issued an ‘eviction’ notice to another legal and licensed operation. This is just the beginning of the chaos that will result from our Supreme Court’s expansion of racial privilege:

“Four members of the Yaakswiis ‘Warriors’ — whose members are part of the Ahousaht ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 1,973 people} — were arrested this week after {illegally} protesting a fish farm operation north of Tofino.

‘Tribes In The News: Siksika’

‘Treaty adjustments’ are one of the many costly effects of Race Based Law. In 13 years, this tribe {a ‘nation’ of 7,320 people} has received over 1/4 of a billion dollars ($255,000,000) in ‘land settlements’ alone. In the most recent development:

“Siksika ‘Nation’ members voted…in favour of a $123 million deal that sees them give up claims to the Castle Mountain area {between Banff and Lake Louise} in Banff National Park.

“The agreement endorsed by voters will see the ‘nation’ give up its land claim in exchange for $123 million, free Banff National Park entry for band members {Discrimination at a publicly-owned and funded national park…}, and the option to purchase the leases for several businesses in the area {?!?}. ‘Who Owns British Columbia?’

“We, the {1,381} Musqueam people openly and publicly declare and affirm {to the 3 million people of the Vancouver Lower Mainland} that we hold aboriginal title to {your} land and ‘aboriginal rights’ to exercise use of {your} land, the sea and fresh waters, and all their resources within that territory occupied and used by our ancestors…”

“Vancouver city council formally acknowledged on June 25, 2014 that the land on which the city is built actually belongs to three local ‘First Nations’.

“But landowners shouldn’t worry, according to Mayor Gregor Robertson.”

Rather than accept the Mayor’s assurances, we at END RACE BASED LAW would like to ask: what exactly does “aboriginal title” mean? Does the city support this ‘First Nations’ definition:

“We are the true owners of British Columbia. The Indians across the province own everything — the rivers, the trees, the bugs, the animals. You name it. Subsurface rights, the air, the rain, the whole shot. That’s what we mean when we say we have aboriginal title to the land.”

‘The Big Lie Strikes Again’

Governments are now almost constantly holding ‘private’ meetings with aboriginal tribes, often resulting in the giveaway of public lands and finances. There is one Big Lie that governments are using to justify all the secrecy:

{B.C.} Energy Minister Bill Bennett…said Canada’s constitution requires negotiations between government and aboriginal groups be “Nation to nation”, meaning not subject to public consultation.”

{Of course, he didn’t quote the relevant section BECAUSE IT DOESN’T EXIST. How stupid do these people think we are? There is NO MENTION of ‘Nation-to-nation’ in the Constitution! Both Sections 25 and 35 refer to ‘aboriginal peoples’ — a sociological category — NOT ‘nations’. For more, see below…}  Continue reading ‘The Big Lie Strikes Again’
