The Folly Of ‘Gladue’

“Media reports have described Christine Mequish as “among the most dangerous women in the country”, a convicted killer with a record that includes 25 violent crimes since 1984. Last April, following an armed robbery conviction in La Tuque, Que., the 58-year-old was declared a dangerous offender — just the fourth Canadian woman ever designated as such.

But while noting her “brutal behaviour” and the likelihood that she will again cause “death, serious abuse or serious psychological harm to other people”, the sentencing judge stopped short of ordering the indeterminate sentence requested by the Crown.

The reason for the lighter sentence: Mequish is an aboriginal Continue reading The Folly Of ‘Gladue’

‘Pushing The Limits’

More aboriginal infighting has resulted in arrests, as a group of self-styled ‘warriors’ tried to interfere with a legally-operating fish farm – a venture supported by their own tribe’s elected leadership. Last week, a different tribe issued an ‘eviction’ notice to another legal and licensed operation. This is just the beginning of the chaos that will result from our Supreme Court’s expansion of racial privilege:

“Four members of the Yaakswiis ‘Warriors’ — whose members are part of the Ahousaht ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 1,973 people} — were arrested this week after {illegally} protesting a fish farm operation north of Tofino.

‘Bad For Democracy’

“Nine people — unelected people — apparently have the power to determine “what’s best for Canadian society”. With no reference to “the law”.

“What high Canadian official do you suppose recently said the following words:

“My job is simply to listen to what the parties have to say, and to do my best to understand the position, the ramifications of deciding one way or the other, to think about what’s best for Canadian society on this particular problem that’s before us, and give it my best judgment … ”

“Important work indeed. Sounds like a legislator. Perhaps a member of Parliament, a cabinet member, maybe even the Prime Minister?  Continue reading ‘Bad For Democracy’

‘Race Activists Stir The Pot’

An incident in Saskatchewan has resulted in the death of a young aboriginal male, and a local farmer has been charged with second-degree murder {See our previous post. Link below…}. Aboriginal activists and race-baiters have been having a field day accusing the Caucasian farmer of racially-motivated murder. The irresponsibility of these accusations goes without saying; yet, media outlets – particularly the CBC – continue to provide a platform for this propaganda:

“Up until a week ago I was having a pretty good summer.

“The inquiry into missing and murdered ‘indigenous’ women was off to a good start {Really? Are they subpoenaing aboriginal gang members?}, people were talking about {one-way} ‘reconciliation’, and the Olympics were sending out good vibes with events like the shared gold medal between Penny Oleksiak and Simone Manuel…

“Then Colten Boushie was killed and everything changed. Continue reading ‘Race Activists Stir The Pot’

‘What Happened To The ‘Neutrals’?’

This is the tribe that occupied southwestern Ontario until the 1650s, when fellow Iroquois tribes from what is now the U.S. rendered them extinct. In modern terminology, they were ‘victims of genocide’ {although they were far from passive}:

“It is 1625… and I have just stepped into the few recorded pages of the Iroquoian ‘Neutrals’. What I saw, riveted my attention.

“I was not prepared for the total nakedness of these people. Their skin was saturated by blood scarring, with charcoal-pierced tattoos of snakes, monstrous beasts and “Oki” spirits. They were the tallest, finest-bodied people among the Huron, Petun and Five Iroquois Nations. There were no hunchbacks, club feet or one-eyes in the villages. Unlike the other Iroquoians, there was no specific style of hair… no head-dress… but curls were not allowed. Continue reading ‘What Happened To The ‘Neutrals’?’

‘Undermining Public Safety’

Here’s a classic example of how RACE BASED LAW works to everyone’s detriment…

“Last Saturday night, Darrell Moosomin walked away from prison.

“Classified as a dangerous offender, the 54-year-old had been serving an indeterminate sentence in a minimum-security ‘First Nations’ Healing Lodge in central Alberta. Over the weekend, he was granted permission to attend a powwow ceremony under the supervision of an elder.

“He was reported missing at 8:45 p.m. that night…” Continue reading ‘Undermining Public Safety’
